Returns

At Alluresofas, we prioritize your satisfaction. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns: To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase available.

How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please email us at hello@alluresofas.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send items back to the address on your order's packaging unless instructed to do so, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your items. Due to increasing LTL/freight shipping expenses, outright returns are subject to a 25% cancellation fee plus return shipping costs. If you plan to replace the product with another, we may assist with covering some of these costs, depending on the product.

Exchanges

To expedite the process, we do not offer traditional exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please place a new order for the desired variant, then contact us to initiate a return for the original purchase. Alternatively, you may return your items before placing a new order if preferred.

Shipping Damages or Manufacturing Defects: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. To ensure a prompt resolution, include proof (photos or videos) of the faulty item(s) in your email. Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement shipment.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including gift cards and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please reach out to us.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your card issuer’s policies and bank processing times, the credit should appear in your account within 3-7 days. If more than 14 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at hello@alluresofas.com.

In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted, or a return may not be accepted, especially if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts not due to our error.

Order Cancellations or Modifications: You may request to cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of confirmation. After this period, the order will be processed and cannot be canceled or modified. To request a cancellation or adjustment, please email us at hello@alluresofas.com as soon as possible.
