Return and Refund Policy
At Alluresofas, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of receipt.
Eligibility for Returns:
- To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- You must provide proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation) to initiate a return.
How to Request a Return:
- To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@alluresofas.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item(s).
- Please note: Do not return items to the shipping address provided on your order unless explicitly instructed, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Return Shipping Costs:
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs. In cases where a return is necessary, we may charge a 25% restocking fee in addition to return shipping costs.
- If you choose to exchange the product for another item, we may assist with covering some shipping costs depending on the situation.
Exchanges:
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please place a new order for the desired product and then contact us to initiate the return for the original item.
- You can also choose to return the item before placing a new order, if preferred.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect the package immediately and contact us at hello@alluresofas.com with clear photos or videos showing the issue.
- Upon approval, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Certain items are not eligible for return, including gift cards and custom/personalized products. If you have questions about a specific product, please contact us for clarification.
Refunds:
- After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 3-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- In some cases, partial refunds may be issued if the item is not returned in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts not due to our error.
Order Cancellations or Modifications:
- You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of confirmation. After 24 hours, your order will be processed, and cancellation or modification is not possible.
